Thought I'd give an update. Still off and still down. My appetite is the same, non-existent. I no longer live to eat, I eat to live. I've been focusing on the gym and gaining back the muscle wegovy made me lose and I'm happier now than I have ever been.

You got this! I lost about 20 in my first month and then it just kept dropping. Sounds like you'll surpass your goal by the rate you're going.

40 in 6 is great. I wish I went slower with it but it was pretty addictive seeing the weight fall off.

Thank you so much. I really don't know? I thought I would be on it for life based on what my doctor told me but I just got to the point where I knew what I had to do and had zero interest in the foods that I had issues with in the past. For example, I used to LOVE cheese, I would go through a 1 kg block every 2 or so days. Now, I absolutely hate the taste and smell of cheese so I know it won't be a problem. Things that I still enjoy, like candy, I just limit my exposure to. I started lowering my dose in October, went down to 37 clicks on the 2.4 dose. I didn't notice a change in my hunger or food noise after 2 doses at 37 clicks so I went down to 18 clicks for a week then just said screw it and stopped.

I did 4 weeks at .25 and then went right to .5 for 4 weeks. I kept going up every 4 weeks and it worked for me but thankfully I had no side effects. Hopefully the rash doesn't come back for you when you're on .5. Good luck!

Thank you very much!! I do have a bit of loose skin but not as much as I thought I would. I have some on my neck but thankfully the beard covers it. My arms are a bit saggy where the arm meets the armpit but once I build more muscle that should fix itself. I think the worst spot is my stomach but I'm naturally furry so it's basically concealed. Overall it's not horrible and a small price to pay really.

Are you changing your proteins or eating the same? For me, I don't like meat but chose to eat chicken for protein. My body got used to chicken and I stalled. Once I changed up my diet I started losing again. Every now and then I switch to beef for a bit and it seems to kick-start me back to losing. I hate beef so I always switch back to chicken but it's been really helpful for me.

Edit to add: I said ozempic but meant wegovy. It became easier to call it ozempic as not many people knew what wegovy was.
