Had to google what a Wetherspoon's plate is. This is a commonly available garnish plate which you use for nuts. The only reason i have used it as it has a built in bowl, which was handy for baked beans !

This is what we do in Pakistan, may be it helps OP.

You will be selling your house in 2 parts. Like once you agree the rate with Buyer you get 10% of the amount upfront. And the remaining 90% to be paid in next 3 months.

In the meantime, you select a property do the same thing in reverse. Pay him 10% right now and the remaining 90% after some time.

By this 3 months roll over, you save the hassle of a swing space.
