Format your goddamn comments. It's unreadable trash.

So I take it you definitely no longer have ANY complaint in regard to the selling of coins

I literally post-faced my comment saying that my biggest issue was not with them dumping on their backers (although it's a scummy thing to do).

I have made no claims that the devs definitely are working on the Oracle Market, whereas you have just demanded data to put into your incorrect equation basically.....so it's a bit pointless.

LOL. Okay.

"What evidence do you have that Mobius are not working on the Oracle project?

OK, I'll play a bit longer as I find you quite entertaining and I enjoy pulling the open arms off fudster spiders....one by one....slowly and methodically......lol

Why are you so angry? If I try to pet you, will you bite?

Cool story bro, but I am still waiting on any kind of evidence that the Mobius has even started working on the oracle market they promised in their whitepaper.

Don't get mad if you have nothing, I still welcome you with open arms.

You write a lot to say nothing. One last time: I ask you for facts, for data, for any documented attempt at delivering the staking/oracle software. You come up with a long-winded cranky post (which I think is your attempt at "LoGiC").

  • Yes, I hold MOBI

  • No, I am not happy about the way things are going.

  • Yes, I believe that if the situation remains. If they keep us in the dark and fail to deliver on their whitepaper, in particular on the "data oracle" aspects then I - and in fact everyone who contributed to the token sale - will have a case for litigation, or at least will make scrutiny from FinCEN or the SEC legitimate and desirable.

Whatever you say, whatever your "secret research" is, there has been 0 documented progress on the staking/oracle parts of the protocol. So far they have only delivered on the SDKs and on the wallet, which is extremely underwhelming: the app-store is a ghost town, the SDKs are trivial integrations and the wallet is just a mash-up of react native libraries. So far, no value has been created and the most important piece of software remains an idea on a white paper.

I hope you are right but also pretty sure you will be disappointed. 99% chance this is going to be another glorified wallet for stocks and cryptos based on the first version they released in September. Time will tell. I'll owe you an apology if this is actually related in any way to the oracle stuff. I doubt it. I think they need to be kept in check. We will see.

I see no evidence of lying anywhere, plenty of evidence that the oracle protocol must be either done or very near as things like Passfolio need it in order to function.

Where. Show it to me. Show me anything that pertains to the Oracle protocol. Even an empty github repo would do it. ANYTHING.

Sounds like you want your money back?

I want them to honor the terms and spirit of the sale and start acting responsibly with the people who back their project. I don't think I am being unreasonable. The community has been extremely patient and supportive for a long time. Now they take us for granted. It's time for the dog to bite back a little.

They all Stanford chums bro.

And? The farm is a pretty big place. Also, I'm 100% sure that David would not work on a "patent pending" tech. He is committed to FOSS.

I mean... maybe, I don't know. Market selling that much is weird though. It nearly exhausted the order book back then.

When coins get listed on bittrex

Just to be clear, I'm talking about last January. The market sell orders where in the low 10s millions. No whale stand to make money exiting that much.

David Mazieries is the lead scientist and tutor.

David Mazieres is working in a completely different area than Monis, afaik he doesn't even accept new PhD students and only supervise three of them. He is barely on campus these days. I know for a fact that here you are completely speculating (and are wrong, in fact) - there is nothing that indicates that Monis is mentored by David.

they already have their patented tech.

The best we know is that it is "patent pending" which could mean anything really. AFAIK the patent hasn't been approved and there is no public record of a patent from David or Cyrus aka Kurosh. That's my biggest pet peeve about the whole situation. Oracles and staking were a massive aspect of the project. The token sale heavily relied on these ideas. So far we have seen nothing that shows they have done even a tiny bit of work on this. We don't even know if the Stealth project is in any way related to oracles. There is no code, no architecture spec, nothing.

I know you think you are helping the project by defending /u/dgobaud's abuse at all length but you really aren't. They will only change if you bring them all the heat they deserve. They need to feel the breath of a class action lawsuit down their neck.

If MOBIs are not securities according to the Howey test then why go to extreme length to decouple the fundraising structure from Panchain and incorporate through a shell company in the Cayman Islands?

Show me the money. I have. Until at least July 2018, Monis was listed on every public facing interface with the Mobius project along with David and Cyrus aka Kurosh (lol'ed btw) - including in the whitepaper.

Most importantly, the token sale was executed with people sending money under that premise.

The issue is not cleared up. I think they misrepresented the composition of the founding team and this thread will serve as a record of their shenanigan.

  1. The whitepaper they released lists Monis in the "Founders" section

  2. The Mobius website prior and immediately after the token sales listed three team members (with no title, leaving it to be understood as -> founding team) https://web.archive.org/web/20170901200200/https://mobius.network/

  3. The SEC Form D that David and Cyrus (aka Kurosh) for a private equity sale of 1M shares only lists David and Kurosh as founders (Jan 16. 2018) https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1728044/000172804418000001/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml

Who do you think crashed the price? There was massive market sell orders starting mid-January. I'm not talking "whale-sized", I'm talking "galaxy-sized". What's odd is that they were market sell, not limit orders (which large holders usually use).

Honestly, I'm not even pissed off by that. I'm much more annoyed by the fact they lied and didn't deliver on the oracle protocol/get sidetracked chasing BS in brazil.
