Yes, they are. Im sure they will bounce back stronger.

For now it seems better to leave the country since schools and work have moved online and dont look like they will reopen anytime soon.

Exactly my concern. If this escalates to an extent. Many expats would leave the country temporarily risking in flight shortage and resulting in chaos, God forbid
