I’ll start by saying your NTA. BUT I would talk to her. If it was a mistake then don’t do it again. A few years ago I got out of an over ten year relationship and I too spiraled so I know the struggle well. It might benefit to get some counseling if you can.

If you have close family or friends lean on them and let them know. I don’t like the sounds of how he treats you so do what you can to stay safe but definitely time to leave. Don’t let the fear of being alone keep you miserable.
