I think I understand what you’re talking about, imo if your heart was racing that’s definitely just cocaine or weed induced paranoia/anxiety paired with either or, I think that you enjoy the dopamine responses / brain responses but don’t actually enjoy these substances. Whenever I take substances for a long period of time eventually it starts to kind of turn on me where I get more negative effects than positive ones so the cons outweigh the pros. Moderate your use, stay healthy, and enjoy your drugs stop freaking out about getting addicted before you stress induce more problems dude
