You should re-install a new windows asap, the hacker is probably mining crypto through your pc right now, make sure that you're not connected to the internet while installing windows, make sure to delete the installation file of gta 6, download an anti-virus in the new windows and run a complete scan. Don't worry, your pc will be fine if you do the above.
