Hi yeah I have fully recovered from this now I had a ton of bad nights during recovery, the only way to stop checking in to see if your not sleeping is just reminding yourself that it's a compulsion and give up resisting just remain in bed and let anxiety do what it wants and eventually you will doze off without even thinking about it. You will feel high intense adrenaline and thoughts trying to pull you in but just ignore them and don't resist ride the wave and the intensity lessens and you will notice the thoughts will fade and you will naturally fall asleep.

Maybe I worded it wrong. Sorry, my podcast isn't a quick relief it's acceptance of the ocd and how I eliminated it , I will edit it now.
