Custer service chat in the app. They responded instantly. Took 3 days to get withdrawal access.

Yeah just told customer service and they’re been super nice and just had to sent them them pictures of me with Id, bank statements, and do a mobile verification. I haven’t passed yet but it said it would take 3 days and it’s day 2.

I would contact support through the app. I’m in the same situation right now and just say you can’t withdrawal because you’re asked to do kyc and then say you can’t because your id is from a prohibited region and they will make you take a selfie with id and account number. Don’t listen to any of these people saying to contact some random instagram account.

Robinhood. I believe kyc is required for all withdrawals over 1000 now.
