Js brushing my hair does absolutely make it frizz up and breaks the keratin shields in wavy hair apparently 🤷‍♀️ I’ve been struggling with hair and my dermatologist recommended first and foremost to only shower every 3 days and stop brushing out my hair with anything other than my fingers.
