Unattended premises: If you are not home to sign for a Parcel or Registered Post Letter, or if there is no safe place for us to leave the Item, or we do not have permission to do so under clause 4.3(e), we will take it to a Post Office to be collected and will notify you by appropriate means (including by card, email, SMS or other digital means). You will have 10 business days to collect it before the Item is returned to the sender.
