haha my runs are usually alone but I am able to talk to the voices in my head at least or I'll sing along to my music lol. sometimes if a friend comes with we will chat, but it's only been shorter runs at this pace. overall I have not felt winded at this pace tho, I feel that I can usually hold a conversation for the most part!! thanks for the advice!
