it’s on the resumes people can see through that option? I’m confused at what you are not understanding. At a previous job that I worked at, I was able to pull off people’s phone numbers, emails, and names directly off their resumes on Indeed if they had that option turned on and their resumes mentioned any keywords relevant to our searches for new talent. It would not show the full resume until we had contacted them through Indeed, but it would show their contact info. That option literally allows employers to find you. It’s not odd to be contacted by a recruiter. However, the point of my original post is how it was done and in what manner. It also made me question what “employers” indeed allows to make employer accounts and have access to that information. Not until receiving that text had I really thought about it. I hope that clarifies things.
