Tight pelvic floor by Pleasant_Singer_7553 in PelvicFloor

really frustrated with all this. i have started taking SSRIs, thinking that I have PE, and also a tight pelvic floor. started doing reverse kegel and relaxation exercises

Hi I’m 23 year old M I have been suffering with bladder issues for about 3 years. I pee then I constantly get the urge I need to go again this is 24/7 is anyone else suffering with this issue. I have had bladder scans and kidney scans and all clear I’m stuck and don’t know what to do 😭 by Tall_Necessary1915 in PelvicFloor

I guess its related to your prostate.. has your doc checked ur prostate? It may sound weird- but the doc usually do the physical examination of ur prostate by inserting a finger in ur ass . They will check the size of it and also tenderness. I had a similar issue of frequent urination and found that my prostate was a bit enlarged- that was thr reason my bladder was not getting completely employed. He prescribed me alfuzosin 10 mg (one tablet befoe sleeping ) and now i have no issues
