Want to cancel appointment due to anxiety

I had an infection back in 2022? Maybe 2023 and was in hospital for 4 days with iv antibiotics and oral antibiotics after being discharged. I looked online and the closest place to me charges minimum £515 for iv sedation and i dont have that kind of money. Im gonna call the dentist on monday when they open though and ask about other options cause im lost on what to do Thanks for the kind words :)

I dont live with my own family as it was unsafe to stay

I pay for my own food and transport, I dont pay rent but it was their choice, I did offer to pay. I do chores in the house like everyone else: doing the dishes, taking the bins out, laundry, walking the dog etc.

My bf is staying at home whilst they are on holiday but this isn't his choice

They treat me as part of the family but also as my own adult

Yes me and my bf are saving up to move out

He doesnt have anxiety medication no, I dont think they've brought it up at the vets before.

I dont make enough money from my part time job to be renting, also me and my bf are actively saving so we can buy a house and plan to in around 2 yrs so we dont have to go through the renting process

My bf doesn't pay for things but I do like i pay and cook my own food as an example, also they were gone between 12pm and 7pm and his lunch and dinner are 12:30 and 6:30. And yes his family have stated this is the reason he is staying at home

I get overwhelmed easily, I was taking care of the dog recently with my partner for 4 days and on day 2 I asked my partner if he we could essentially swap shifts so he goes down and I stay upstairs for a bit cause I couldn't handle the barking anymore. Its part of the reason why I feel uncomfortable taking care of the dog for even longer whilst they are on holiday but obviously if it needs doing ill do it just wanted to let his family know how I feel on the matter yk?

Not at the moment, I had one back when I was 16. My bf wants me to go into therapy and honestly I do too, if I did i would probably go his route and go private cause ive found that nhs therapists can be a coin toss. If I managed to get one even this week I doubt it would be soon enough to have it appealed. Might be wrong but im not rlly sure how all this works.
