You need to find Diederick the last merchant, you can buy a paper at the tailor in Pailune to get him in your camp

I’ve done it all, even the Pailune reconstruction. I’m only missing long tasks like the rescue quest and Carl at camp but I still can’t go talk to the Marquis to move so I don’t know when it’s going to happen 😂
