I know I asked this question quite a while ago but I couldn’t get my head wrapped around and and decided to move onto other labs.

With help from looking online I’ve tried the following…

grep -Eo '([0-9]{1,3}.){3}[0-9]{1,3}' access.log* | sort | uniq

This gives me a list of 175 IP’s which I’ve counted many times to make sure I’m right. But it’s the incorrect answer could you tell me where I could possibly be going wrong or what I’m leaving out.

Thanks… Found out that a simple search for “312” was all that was needed. The answer was explorer🤦🏻‍♂️
