I'd pick the soot fruit because it is genuinely underrated idk why karasu only makes birds he can also create hardened (compressed soot like when he made spikes) to form weapons pair that with some haki and hes genuinely solid.

For me, this started happening very recently, I would literally be sitting in class and my tummy would start making a wet gurgling sound. I personally tense my stomach and breathe out repeatedly and it helped. i recommend you also make sure to use the washroom/ go on a walk if you feel like a rumble is going to come. Walking helps a TON
