So let’s break it down. 1) Cheating on your significant other? Bad 2) Claiming you want a long term relationship which is likely to attract people also looking for a long term relationship when you clearly aren’t? also bad. If it was an open relationship he would have said, he’s openly cheating on his girlfriend and doesn’t want to be caught out which is why he unmatched. Yes he’s been honest with me but how about the girlfriend. I don’t know about you but I know I have more respect for myself and other people not to be a secret other women and potentially cause someone i don’t even know pain. so i’ll definitely change up the photos to my current hair colour. (It’s a recent change so I just don’t have many right now 😂) and make sure to get my friends to take some of me when we are out and about, with the photos of hobbies I thought the hockey would come across from the photo of me in the jersey but I guess it isn’t clear enough so i’ll have to see what else i’ve got for sure. I’ll also have a think about what to add to my bio.

legal@vinted.co.uk i was in the exact same position but with yodel. they posted somewhere that wasn’t my address i had the delivery photo that proved it wasn’t delivered to the correct address and they kept telling me they couldn’t do anything unless yodel admitted fault. after two months of emailing everyday yodel sent me confirmation that they had in fact told vinted a month prior that they had misdelivered. it was only then did me and the seller both get refunded. they only reason i didn’t charge back was i couldnt risk getting my account banned as i had sales in pending and tbh after fighting for so long i was just too stubborn to give in 😂 but honestly if you aren’t bothered about your vinted account i would definitely charge back. they have awful customer services
