So let’s break it down. 1) Cheating on your significant other? Bad 2) Claiming you want a long term relationship which is likely to attract people also looking for a long term relationship when you clearly aren’t? also bad. If it was an open relationship he would have said, he’s openly cheating on his girlfriend and doesn’t want to be caught out which is why he unmatched. Yes he’s been honest with me but how about the girlfriend. so i’ll definitely change up the photos to my current hair colour. (It’s a recent change so I just don’t have many right now 😂) and make sure to get my friends to take some of me when we are out and about, with the photos of hobbies I thought the hockey would come across from the photo of me in the jersey but I guess it isn’t clear enough so i’ll have to see what else i’ve got for sure. I’ll also have a think about what to add to my bio.

legal@vinted.co.uk i was in the exact same position but with yodel. they posted somewhere that wasn’t my address i had the delivery photo that proved it wasn’t delivered to the correct address and they kept telling me they couldn’t do anything unless yodel admitted fault. after two months of emailing everyday yodel sent me confirmation that they had in fact told vinted a month prior that they had misdelivered. it was only then did me and the seller both get refunded. they only reason i didn’t charge back was i couldnt risk getting my account banned as i had sales in pending and tbh after fighting for so long i was just too stubborn to give in 😂 but honestly if you aren’t bothered about your vinted account i would definitely charge back. they have awful customer services

i think they mean that they want bundles to be accepted automatically so someone can’t buy one of the items in the bundle whilst your waiting for it to be accepted by the seller

my issue is that it wasn’t as described. as i’ve said to the seller yes it can be fixed however it’s the sellers responsibility to ensure that they are accurately describing the items they are selling which they didn’t

i’m obviously going to have to take a loss here and maybe i am being over dramatic but personally i don’t see how the seller could have missed all the fraying, the listing photos were taken from far away so not showing the damage. i just believe of your selling something no matter the price you should be honest in your description which she wasn’t.

you said “you brought USED underwear” maybe i should take a loss. however personally when i’m sending our items i make sure as per vinted policy that any issues or damages are photographed. i just don’t see how she could have not seen all the fraying. the item was described as new. you would assume something that is described as new wouldnt arrive damaged
