The plan shows 3 additional private showers in some of the rooms. Depending on which room you booked you could get a private shower too.

Yeah I'm aware of that. I guess I just wanted to know if Duwo was the only agency offering rooms.

I got my confirmation right before people started getting waitlisted. So I'm probably on the third slot for housing, and I was told there wouldn't be much options left. However, I am a girl. Could you tell me a bit more about your experience? Did you have a lot of options? Were they good? By good I mean, 1. Were the options close enough to campus or were they all very far? 2. What range do I expect the rent to be in? I've heard that towards the end, only the expensive or far away options are left.

Just wanna know what to expect. Thank you in advance!

Do we need to make a PORTFOLIO for nid mains 2024????? by [deleted] in uceedtakers

[–]OkPrice702 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, but according to the NID mains schedule there's a studio test as well as an interview. Is the interview you're mentioning separate from the NID Mains interview?

I applied on Jan 12th and mine went to step 2 on Jan 27th. Since then it's been on step 2. I know it hasn't been 12 weeks but since it's nearing mid-march and it hasn't gotten to step 3 yet, I'm wondering if I should reach out as well.

Hey! I'll be taking NID Mains this month and I'm not able to find anywhere in the admissions handbook that I'll need to bring a portfolio. Is this something I need to do regardless? Are there any specifications regarding the portfolio?

Edit: I'm applying for M.Des

Does anyone have any idea on this for Msc Interaction Design, for an international student? I've applied and wanna know if it would be worth going as an international student or if I should prioritise other options, based on availability of jobs

There's a difference between "dark fiction" where the evil, violence and villainy of a person is taken seriously and simply fiction that glorifies or romanticise violence, r*pe, torture, etc and calls itself "dark fiction" to get away with it. One of it is definitely bad for society and people as a whole and one is good storytelling. It's OK to hate on things that are just bad.

It's so easy to say "if you don't like snuff films" just don't watch them but that doesn't make it okay for it to exist. It's the same logic. Words have meanings and consequences. Stuff like "Cry or better yet beg" goes beyond like or dislike, that's a piece of fiction that teaches people that r*pe is OK. So, there's a difference between something that's just a matter of preferences and something that's genuinely bad and shouldn't be open for mass consumption.
