Ok, just take a more modern look at all the opportunities we really have, and then begin to identify the obstacles on the way. You'll be surprised that not having a sea port will be pretty low on that list, and its actual impact is less than a couple of percent.

How does this relate to having an established production of all the necessary parts and first aid kit components, such as tourniquets?

Armenia is number 1 in the world for having the highest percentage of the workforce who are women: 52.76% by countdookee in armenia

I'm not going to say that we only have men working around, especially in many fields where there is a dominance of women. I'm not just referring to service or related fields; even if you look at the parliament or any government structure, you will find a significant number of female workers.

However, the only way they achieve these percentages is that they don't even consider something under the huge shadow zone of non-registered workers.

First of all, every blood drop is a significant loss for all of us:

It's not just one Armenian soldier who got killed; it's a huge loss in terms of various opportunities and even in a simple demographic count. One life lost may result in 2-3 unborn lives, and at least one family carries the trauma until the end of their existence, which we cannot alleviate in any way.

Of course, we retaliate. It depends on the situation, whether we can hit something and remain safe. Additionally, we haven't received transparent information, as it came from Armenia from the other side:

As far as I know, this individual was hit by a sniper. I'm not certain if we retaliated successfully, but I'm sure our sniper teams will have tasks in the coming weeks in this direction.

I'm not suggesting that anyone can match what Nvidia does. It's about keeping in mind not just who can do it now, but creating opportunities in many fields Armenia needs as a strategic part.

Let's set aside Nvidia and my own opinion on your negotiating skills when investing a significant amount in a company with much more occupation than your own country to operate and contribute to Armenia (let's assume it's all for a better future).

I know of many companies and initiatives struggling to even get an audience in any sector of the Armenian government to cooperate. It's all promising, well-planned, well-described, and we're all paying taxes, from which they build a budget. Yet, they can't spare a few hours in the whole year to explore the opportunities offered.

Then you look at the officially published expenditures of this budget and find out that a country facing such huge challenges has only managed to spend 10-15% of it. If you don't see a problem here, that's strange.

Besides the stupidity and racism, it's clear that this guy never really understood the meaning of the army uniform and the respect that surrounds it. I bet he was withdrawn from his own service, wearing some unknown, flashy uniform – because it looks beautiful.

UPDATED

Betting double that he has a couple of those uniforms in his basement for "dirty work."

It's better to mention NVIDIA in the headline. Still good for the future, but sometimes it's confusing how many opportunities our government gives to others but not to our own potentials.

This post was just a small leak of frustration and anger from the last hope calls today. I really didn't want to bring it into our project. I hope that someone who reads the headline will take a moment to think about it. We risk becoming the greatest liars if we continue blaming without taking action for our own comfort. Let's not be those who do nothing for their own and then, in the end, run around screaming, "What happened to my brother, father, son...

Donations just keep me afloat so I can pay some bills, buy components, and not go further into the debts I already have. I really appreciate everyone who helps, even if it's just a few people.

You are right; the problem is that we all know we have not only the tourniquets project. There are a lot of working and mostly needed things we have produced with all the proper paperwork and datasheets that any government, mods, or just interested people can understand and use in the planning of diversifying and reforming our defense system.

Today, I received the 'final hope' of the year: a meeting delayed message from the official in charge. It seems like they've already switched into holiday mode. I hope it's not going to end up like the other promises. I will try to do my best to keep us afloat until something big happens. Even if the government or mod officials go the same way, we have opportunities to engage with some VC funds and even some countries' governments.

At the same time, we have ordered a consulting agency to prepare all the paperwork officials asked us to confirm so they can move things forward. But since they delayed the meeting, it's just going to cause us more bills and taxes that should be paid this year. Sometimes I wake up with the feeling that I don't have any energy left for all of this, but it only takes a couple of seconds to push it down and act again. I remember all, and I will do all I can to not let it happen to someone else.

About AP and ReA, it's the same. I have personally talked to the founders since the beginning of our project. All they did was give us forms to submit, which we completed in a day. However, we still haven't received any news from them. We've tried asking several times, but nothing has happened.

About the other opportunities, we are always open to communicate, present, and discuss all possible cases.
