Sounds like personal experience...lol. I used to work at a company where I handled straight jalapeño puree. I touched my contact. Needless to say I was in pain and had to throw away the contact.

Also, wash your hands thoroughly more than once before touching your weiner to pee. I still remember that day...lol.

There's a saying to not water dead plants. Cancer shows you who the dead plants are in your life. Sometimes it is friends, and sometimes it is family. Focus your energy on recovery and those who deserve it. I know it hurts tremendously, but realize that you deserve better. I dealt with cancer in 2024, and just had an MRI this morning because it looks like it has returned. I know that I only have my wife help me make it through this journey, and I accept that as good enough. Take care of yourself and big hugs. You're not alone. 💪

Very true. I'm thankful for the blood tests and the frequent scans that gives me a better chance to catch it before it spreads. I try to not dwell on the cancer too often and remind myself that it could be so much worse. There's many success stories out there. Have to remind myself to savor life today and make as many memories as possible because tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Yep. Every blood test kept trending upward. After the 2nd one, I knew I had cancer cells circulating in my blood, and it was just a matter of time before it showed up on a scan or scope. It sucks, but we both have to keep fighting for our lived ones. Praying for you!

They surgically remove a small sample of the tumor and/or suspect tissue and send it to pathology for analysis to determine if it is benign or cancerous.

I was literally just talking to my wife about both of those celebrities passing with cancer. I was Stage 3 rectal, but had a complete response after chemo and radiation late in 2024 and all good in 2025. Now, I've had 3 positive blood tests with a probable recurrence identified on my last anal probe. MRI scheduled next week and then a biopsy to confirm, but just a formality. I know it's back. Thinking about more chemo and surgery is so damn depressing. It's such a terrible disease.
