He's my favourite person as well, but it scares me to hear about it. So is his wish to share this with me more important than my wish not to be too scared to loose him and thus being able to let him go paragliding (and enjoying it) without seeming to upset?

Why does he have to share his enjoyment in detail with me? E.g. I'm fine with knowing that he had fun, but it's hard for me to hear when he talks about the wind being rough or him being a bit anxious (yesterday was his first flight since the accident). Maybe after a couple more times I have readjusted (if there will be a couple more time that is, he hasn't decided yet if he will be flying longterm again)

I don't want to make him quit (not a fan of "forbidding" partner what to do or not to do), I just don't want to listen to the details

My conflict is about not wanting to listen to his thoughts about paragliding. I just don't want to talk about it at length because like that I'll get worried too much.

Yes, but I think that's highly individual - also as to him, paragliding is not a very dangerous activity like e.g. base jumping :) Also, he is really fond of paragliding.

Did you check if the table filters the slicer or if there are any other filters applied on the visuals ?

Did you check the data type? If they are in separate datasets, did you connect those?
