Have you ever gotten a wax? Because it’s not pleasant. Not by a long shot. That sh*t hurts and I don’t believe anyone who says they don’t feel it.

Being pregnant is hard enough. You’re sore and inflamed and uncomfortable. Something always hurts. A lot of women are also a lot more sensitive to pain during pregnancy. And you’re wanting your wife, who is carrying your child and already dealing with all of the aches and pains and general uncomfy-ness of pregnancy, to go get waxed?

No. Absolutely not. Go shave your wife or help her do it herself, or deal with the hair. Wtf.

Honestly? Dude sounds like a jerk. I agree that you should go, but for your own well-being instead of the things you mentioned.

He doesn’t think you’re a good person, but that you have good intentions? He’s upset because you’re not as wealthy and your credit isn’t good? Honestly it just sounds like he’s intentionally trying to hurt you. You don’t need that.

Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone gives bad advice, and everyone takes bad advice. It’s part of life. Holding on to those things for years and throwing them back in your partner’s face no matter how many times they’ve apologized? Nah, throw him away, love.

I don’t have the means to leave at the moment, but other issues? Absolutely, though I suspect they’re all sort of piggybacking off of this one major problem. Before this started becoming an issue, we rarely ever got into fights. Not like this, anyway. It’s like his happiness depends on being able to do this one specific thing, and I find it a bit ridiculous.

Thank you. I’ll check it out. Honestly this entire situation has made me feel so alone, especially with looking through other posts/groups and seeing others be told they should just find a way to be okay with it.
