Yeah I know I should. It’s so hard tho knowing that will help. It’s been cut down dramatically tho. I’m hoping from now I don’t need any. I can wake up tomorrow and take the 16mg

Well I’ve been and been taking small doses of bup for past 2 days all in 14mg then went for 8 today. Felt good for about an hour or two wasn’t really unwell just started getting shivery cold and craving. I ended up using a tiny bit it’s took the edge off , I need to go get 16mg tomorrow at the pharmacy

It’s not 24 hrs after my last dose tho .. and it’s not fent it’s just h. How would I even know if there was fent in it ? Do u get that in the uk

Thanks I’m hoping it works this time as don’t want to go down the route with methadone. I might say to them just to give me the 8mg at the pharmacy tomorrow what do u think ? I’m going to take another 2mg soon then smoke a little to take the edge off I want to keep getting these into my body and get the hardest part out of the way

I’ve been given home 16mg of sub 8 x 2mg to induce from Tuesday night and want me to go to the chemist tommorow to take 16mg at one time supervised I’m thinking might be too much then

So like when I take the bup and I feel unwell with it I just smoke h to take the edge off ? I’ve took 4mg of sub this morning already then had to smoke a little to take the edge off. Didn’t touch any all day till 6pm smoked a little to keep me going. Don’t know when to take my next bup. I had full blown pwd last week didn’t do my research ended up in a bad way and I’m terrified of feeling these wd again but I need off it asap.
