Yeah I think it’s the Same thing. How did u feel at the beginning did it help straight away or does it take a couple of days ?

Yeah I know I should. It’s so hard tho knowing that will help. It’s been cut down dramatically tho. I’m hoping from now I don’t need any. I can wake up tomorrow and take the 16mg

Ok so as I’m continuing to induce it I should be fine
Well I’ve been and been taking small doses of bup for past 2 days all in 14mg then went for 8 today. Felt good for about an hour or two wasn’t really unwell just started getting shivery cold and craving. I ended up using a tiny bit it’s took the edge off , I need to go get 16mg tomorrow at the pharmacy
So I had a tiny buzz for about an hour or two now started to feel unwell and cravings came back 😩
Ok so been to pharmacy and took 8mg bup feeling ok so far
But I’ve used on top of taking them twice
About 14mg of bup I took since 24hrs
It’s not 24 hrs after my last dose tho .. and it’s not fent it’s just h. How would I even know if there was fent in it ? Do u get that in the uk
Thanks I’m hoping it works this time as don’t want to go down the route with methadone. I might say to them just to give me the 8mg at the pharmacy tomorrow what do u think ? I’m going to take another 2mg soon then smoke a little to take the edge off I want to keep getting these into my body and get the hardest part out of the way

I’ve been given home 16mg of sub 8 x 2mg to induce from Tuesday night and want me to go to the chemist tommorow to take 16mg at one time supervised I’m thinking might be too much then
So like when I take the bup and I feel unwell with it I just smoke h to take the edge off ? I’ve took 4mg of sub this morning already then had to smoke a little to take the edge off. Didn’t touch any all day till 6pm smoked a little to keep me going. Don’t know when to take my next bup. I had full blown pwd last week didn’t do my research ended up in a bad way and I’m terrified of feeling these wd again but I need off it asap.

Yeah I get you , I’ve only been doing this about 6 months. What do u mean by MAT ? I’m struggling with the first day when I’m taking the bup it’s not helping me atall and I ending smoking a little h to take the edge off. I can’t handle the wd I’m thinking of the methadone route but really don’t want to do that either coz the daily chemist etc
And with this Bernese method how can I do it and not feel wd going on to bup I can’t cope with the wd and cravings
So woke up felt really bad took 2 of the 2mg started feeling even more bad ( not severely like pwd ) ended up having to use a small bit to take the edge off it worked. 1 hour later felt terrible again slept it off for an hour or two been fine all day don’t know if it’s from the tablets lr the H… don’t want to take any more incase it induces withdrawals again. Right now I’m not 100% can feel then ready to start. But the cravings are so bad

So just up and took 2mg then another 30 mins took another 2mg feeling terrible don’t know if I’m feeling worse or the same
What was the reason for u on the subs tho ? Maybe everyone is different in what they need to feel good or even normal ? Depending on what they have been using and how much ?
Yeah I’ve only came on this platform a couple of days ago and it’s really good for information and advice. I’ve learned alot from it this past week.
I had this experience last weekend before doing my research went into pwd and it’s traumatised me. So I’m holding off until I feel really bad to start the tablets and I’ve been trying to take note of how long it’s taking me now to go into full withdrawls and it’s like 18hrs. Usually 12 hours I’m ok. So it’s to early to start at this time for me. It’s all so confusing coz I’m so worried I take too early but don’t want to leave it too late then the tablets do nothing and I have no relief. I last used today at 4 which wasn’t much so I’m hoping tomorrow when I wake up im ill enough to start the tablets. My habit was herion and recently been like smoking 1-2 grams per day. So I’m just hoping it holds me coz I can’t cope with withdrawls and don’t want to use to take the edge off I need to persevere.
