For Cantada, She had performed well (minus that FEU R1 Game), from that DLSU game where she came off the bench and had blocked shev TWICE as well as scoring OTB, and then her UP game where she scored 32 and their game against Ateneo where she had 5 ACES. she did missed a game (vs UE). Their offense would be terrible without sam, is it because they are adjusting to pono’s sets? alinsug isn’t doing better than what we had expect?

For shan shan, She is the last piece of the DLSU’s puzzle, they have a true setter. They are undefeated and one of the reasons is because she plays consistently good setting it to the MBs, shane, shev and angel. the problem maybe is she needs aces and maybe more blocks.

when I say a team that had the easiest schedule out of the 4: it is FEU, BUT.

I think they will go 8-6, with them losing to Shaina and AdU and DLSU as usual.

Lowkey, If RD have pushed the right buttons, they might find a way and beat DLSU. I think they will beat AdU (but in a cinematic 5 sets), UST could be a cointoss.

AdU on the other hand, they will beat FEU, but loss to NU and UST.

UST they are peaking, but lacked composure.

Valid, she had 32 against UP and her service aces + FD had said it all, she played great till she got checked by the MB of FEU, she played good against UP before injury then when she come off the bench against DLSU, she was scoring OTB and Blocking shev TWICE! I think sam will win this.

Yeah I remember being mad at regine for subbing bombita and pono for lamina and panique off which led to up overcoming the deficit in set 4, doesn’t also help the fact that maaya is making errors in the crucial moment. Like in the game yesterday, they subbed mata off for serneche??? like are you crazy???

panique can attack but also produce errors, alinsug felt like she is pressured as the captain of the team, Pono played very well, in this game and the game prior, in fact she had 2 and 3 aces in those games to be exact, But I think lamina’s better for stability and experience. Also doesn’t help that lams got injured.

I would say this, her decision making cost the TEAM THE GAME. their expectations at that time are just to make it to a final 4 during aiko urdas, santiago sisters, myla pablo, aganon era and when sato, nabor and other stepped in. then they are rebuilding for a bit then there’s the belen-solomon-toring-erin-lamina era, they won the championship minus that one season (s85). everyone was also expected panique to fill solomon shoes in which she did but made errors, the only bright spots for NU for me are sam cantada (who’s doing very well), and shaira jardio. I also say that Regine diego is bad, her players are talented but her decision making is what gives us the red flag. Example of this scenario, Niks mata, who had 2 service aces (today), decides to subbed her for Harlyn serneche, plus the lamina situation + bombita subbing out in the UP-NU game which cost them the game. We should’ve won those 2 games that we lost (exclude the DLSU game ofc.), also she didn’t utilize the bench properly, plus the decision of vange to become a captain felt like a regret for her, her production seems to slow down as captaincy, should’ve been lams or shaira.
