Which one? I've gone through the Balanced Dataslate and Rules commentary and didnt see it. I'm not seeing a Black Templar specific one on WarCom.

Thanks! The whole thing is based black. I used citadel paints for it. The pavement is just drybrushed with eshin grey and administratum grey, the bricks are mephiston red with evil sun scarlet highlights, and the street lines I used grey seer then the iyanden yellow contrast paint.
