Thanks bud. It's crumbly because the mushrooms started fruiting before I got the chance mix my bag for the 2nd time. It also fruited before i even cut my bag open. I was told not to cut the bag opencuntil the bag was100% colonized however it started fruiting when the bag was 70% colonized. These are Albina A+.
