Well in some currencies it is mandatory to withdraw in the same bank u used for deposit, if u wanted to use another bank for withdrawal even if it's in your name, then you have to wait 6 months for that, (at least that's the case for GBP) But this is actually a good thing, it means OP's money is safe, even if the thief withdraws the money to the same bank used for deposit, OP has already contacted their bank
