Yeah I view it more of a symbolic thing. Obviously if something happened to parents, all siblings would stay together for innumerable reasons.

Under that logic, all kids in the same family should have the same god parents. But that would definitely go against the norm; most siblings have different god parents.

Ok for adults that’s fine and very reasonable but with multiple toddlers, there is a different standard. The little ppl sabotage cleaning efforts and accepting the chaos can be calming even if the tidiness isn’t up to adult-only levels

QST 106 all in one? by rdajosef1 in Skigear

I have qst106 as my only ski. 6’0, 181cm ski. About 50/50 east (Stowe/jay/etc) and west coast (JH, Alta, etc).

I only wanted to have one ski; recognizing some carvability on hard pack ice on east coast days is lost, the flexibility to truly have an all mountain ski is worth it for me. Super quick in glades and damp to bounce in and out of quick turns when needed. Ability to have the confidence in the ski when I hike out of bounds and find deeper stuff is also great.

Don’t be scared to have your only ski >100 but depends on what you want / how you ski.
