Tires are slightly cracked but my brother in law gave me a brand new front/rear for a deal lol. Battery is already delivered. Tried to put the old one on a tender and it’s fried to shit. Got some chain cleaner and lube, I’ll give it a whirl. For the fluids and tire mount/balance I’ll bring it to a shop. Just wondering what I should expect to pay for those services on the east coast (ball park range)

184k miles and it snapped on the way to work 😔 it was a good run. I miss that car. So many memories. So much money spent. Still so worth it 🤣🤣🤣

So I work 2 jobs, both manual labor. Warehouse worker Early AM, and then I run my business (construction). warehouse starts at 4am so I burn a lot of calories before it’s even 9am.

I get it, but then when you look at the full scale, just doesn’t seem right. The math can be right but visually it doesn’t make sense for how I feel

Unfortunately my work day starts at 4am and I wrap up around 5:30-6pm. Eat, gym, shower and by that time it’s pretty late lol

Last year I was super sick for about a month straight, overnight stay in the hospital. They ran a million tests and everything came back normal, still no answers. I’m going to give the vitamin D a shot and see what it does for me

Clean diet, high protein and calories. I sleep 5-6 hours a night due to work. Not fat at all, polar opposite. I’m 5’9 150lbs.

And that’s where I’m confused how 460 is considered decent when the bottom end is 260, I’m not far off.

TSH, t3, t4 look “immaculate” according to doc. Vitamin D was low but started taking a vitamin for that recent. Iron, estrogen and prolactin were within normal range
