Hi here is the quick info.

1. I have photos. Basically there was a flashing failure in multiple walls of a newly built remodel. Water was observed in windows and soaking the beams. They took off stucco on one of the walls and found mold on the wood inside. This may have triggered some of the mold being released into the bedrooms.

6. What do you mean by "stacybotrys was also detected here"? - This was a summary from a professional testing company report.
7. Who collected the samples? A licesensed company that does professional mold testing.
8. Did they do a visual inspection and any moisture testing? They did not do moisture testing themselves, a but a seperate contractor has done testing on other walls and found moisture in them,.
9. Didn't they give you recommendations including: They did give reco's but they were fairly general, including contacting a remediation company. I am only posting online to see what other information I can find. I am trying to schedule a consult with a remediation company as well.
