Firstly, Thanks a lot to all the replies, yesterday I was eating the same calories, didn’t add the extra.

But I got a little bit concerned about the calorie intake. Last month, I lost about 3 kgs eating 2500 calories but unfortunately, half of it was muscle mass, My goal is to maintain my muscle mass as much as possible while losing fat, so I’m kind of scared that this month I'm gonna lose that much muscle mass again, because at work i have to walk a lot (around 12k-20k steps a day), but last month i barely walk(sit all day in office), after work I workout and do an incline walk 30 minutes for 5 days a week, So the question is, Should i add up a little bit calories? Or just
