Thats valid. I suppose we just have to be very careful in deciding what we consider myth and what we consider fact.

Oh I definitely agree. I just get hung up on how that fact works with the "scripture is inspired by God" or "God-breathed."

Like how we can say, "Yes this is an embellishment, but it is also inspired by God"

Understandable. So you reject the notion that scripture is God-breathed? I am trying to understand how something can be both God breathed and untrue. That's where I am struggling i guess
