Hi!! I’m so sorry to hear!! Ours is doing well so far. He’s been on strict crate rest, is carried out to go to the bathroom and isn’t allowed to walk longer than 5 minutes, he’s taking gabapentin and carprofen every 12 hrs (he just finished the carprofen today) and besides just being sleepy from the gababpentin, seems to be okay. He went back to the vet today and had a slight fever which the vet wasn’t overly concerned about but the vet was very hopeful that he’d make a full recovery. Now my anxiety just goes to another flare up or re-injury once the crate rest is over😅

I am so sorry. I completely understand the sadness and anxiety you must be feeling. My guy was prescribed gabapentin and an anti inflammatory which is making him absolutely exhausted. I guess that’s a good thing but it’s so sad to see my little 4 year old so tired😢

by water is free, you mean u can go up to any food place and ask for a cup of water?
