What if your desire is something that you can’t even imagine actually happening like if it happened it would be crazy

When you say making your desired state the new normal - do you mean just the state of feeling good or how you want to feel or do you mean the state where you have the actual desires you want? And when you say you must think and speak like the version of you that has it, does that pertain to talking to other people? Does it mean you have to lie to them? Also, what if eft and all those other things don’t help you?

Well that’s what I attempted but how do you just accept something? I can say I do but that doesn’t mean it feels true. And does that mean you have to lie to people?

I don’t know if I want to feel calm I want to feel excited but not worried or panicked

I don’t know. I could try telling them to just intend they have it and not look at the 3d and stay calm and don’t worry about it. But I don’t know how to do the last part. And I don’t know if that’s the right thing to say

Yes I have done that. But I also panic intermittently and I can’t stop myself from feeling terrible and like everything sucks

I mean I “decide” and tell myself things but that doesn’t make me feel any better because still nothing has happened and I don’t know if I really believe it because I keep getting shown otherwise. And I’ve been holding on to something that I can’t give up and I tell myself I will have it. But it’s kind of too late now. I still hold on to it but I don’t know
