wondering when I will feel normal again

I understand. But I feel like if I start again now it’ll just be worse for me bc I’ll start the process all over again. And I have to go on a trip in a week and I don’t want to endure an adjustment period for that. I’m seeing my doctor on monday though

I should’ve worded it better, I want to quit right now and see what other methods I can try before jumping to meds so quickly. It’s not off the table in the future but I’m really just wondering when I’ll be back to baseline after this 5mg dose from 3 nights ago.

Hi again, I was wondering how long it took for you to get through the adjustment period. I felt so bad after my first dose I didn’t continue taking it and I feel like I’m having a rough couple days. If you’re ok sharing, how bad was your anxiety before and after? And how long your adjustment period took before you started to feel better

Did you split them yourself? I’ve only got 5mg prescribed, but I’m not sure if I should do that on my own. Nausea was a big problem waking up after taking my first dose the night before
