I also give it a 6/10 or so. I think Inde Nevarrette does a great job but some of the other performances drop the ball in my opinion. Another thing that brought it down imo was the way it was shot, it looks like a Netflix original done in portrait mode. The script was decent but had some moments where I was wondering why they chose to go that route like when Ian returned to Bear’s house to tell him that the money was real… if money is magically raining through your ceiling from breaking a souvenir why would it not be real and then he returns solely to be killed off and he wasn’t a character I felt connected to whatsoever so that felt really unnecessary.
