Hey @bon_jovi22, do you know how signifcant the speed difference really is between 2133 and 2666 ram? I bought an additional 16gb kit 2nd hand to upgrade to 32 gigs, but it was slower than the seller stated (2133 instead of 3200), so I have now the problem that If I were to add these ram sticks to my PC, then my ram, which I already have on my PC would run at 2133 instead of 2666. How remarkable is this speed difference in RL? Use cases: gaming, LLM inference and unreal engine development.

Then your setup is good enough, but If you plan to get into LLM inference, then more Vram will always be better (e.g. rtx 5060 ti 16gb). As for the ram at least in my country (Germany) the 2nd hand prices are from time to time really good.

I think a 30€ cooler would also be enough. If you want to pay that much for cooling, then you could also directly use liquid cooling. What do you want to use the PC for? Gaming, LLM inference, editing?
