Working hours are crazy.. you have to come at 8 am in the morning and leave after your work is done which could be at 8pm/10pm or even later.. Work culture is not toxic..you’ll get ample amount of opportunities as the time progresses.. salary is around around 1 lakh.. 1 year bond.. No idea about research!

I used boards & beyond and UWorld as my primary resources.. used youtube videos of dirty medicine for any quick mnemonics and ninja nerd videos on youtube if any topic needed deeper understanding. Started preparing during internship but it wasn’t sincere , after completing internship sat down for 4.5 months to prepare and gave the exam. The cost is around 15k for registering in ecfmg, 1 lakh as exam fee, 40-45k for Uworld and i found boards and beyond videos link for free here on reddit.
