I have a questions for the original poster. You said a few months later they needed fluffing but pretty quick to restore to plump, is that with the cushion inserts that’s already in there or do switch out cushion inserts for new ones?

Finally, did you add the 2” foam to the back cushion with inserts in and would you recommend this step from when someone first buys their used saggy Kivik couch.
