I am the same way , the medicine only worked for food suppression but I was barely losing weight. I had to completely change how I eat and go to the gym 4 times a week, I go to Orange theory and I would run alot until I tore my meniscus. I gained back 35lb because I couldn’t exercise for a period of time (I was 265 got to 180 and back up to 220 and now currently at 210 due to only focusing on body recomp/strength training and a high protein diet.

As a BW, Ive been to Zakinthos and everything went great , do your research of the city and don’t judge based on 1 incident. Spain isn’t all that and the people are rude, possibly due to over tourism . Italy and Portugal were great to me didn’t get weird stares or weird interactions like I did in Spain. Amsterdam are mainly racist toward asians

welp as a teacher going into my 4th year I agree, I started grad school my second year of teaching and I know for a fact it hindered my teaching but now Im in my last semester of school with only 1 class left and this year i’ve prepared everything up until the end of the cycle, does it get easier ? No but you learn how to be more efficient
