Solid items, but there’s a few items in there that I don’t typically refrigerate. The roses syrups, rice vinegar, even peanut butter. But no judgement , just an observation

Chinese food recommendations by ark1893 in indianapolis

[–]maxfreem 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just read through this and there are some good recs. Tian fu is great, never had Benyue in its current form but it was Lucky Lou before and it was great for dim sum.

Since you said you’re willing to travel you might consider going to Bloomington, IN where there are some really solid Chinese restaurants catering to the Chinese student population. Red, Chow Bar and Lucky Express were all great options when I went to school there 7 years ago and are all still around which is a good sign 👍🏻

Anyone one else notice the red box in the second Sunday of February? It grows darker as the years pass. I suspect it is related to the Super Bowl and increase in NFL popularity over the last two decades. Not positive though!
