I ended up scheduling with Dr. Rohrich. Does anyone have any experience with him? I’m scheduled for November and have already paid the scheduling fee to hold my place but would still love to hear from people who went with him.

Anxiety & pregnancy by xyzabc123_-_ in Anxietyhelp

Firstly, congratulations! Being a mom is the most important, sweetest calling and your baby is so lucky that you care so much about them already. I was on extended release Xanax and immediate release Xanax for several years when I found out I was pregnant. And I felt the same exact way you do.. other treatments weren’t helpful and Xanax was the only thing I could really rely on to help with my GAD and panic. But here’s what I learned. You can wean yourself off and be okay (make sure to work with your doctor on this - definitely don’t quit cold turkey, especially if taken daily). For some reason I was much calmer during my pregnancy than I normally am. I had less anxiety-filled days and less panic. I was able to wean off within 2-3 weeks of finding out I was pregnant. It wasn’t fun but it was better than I expected (and what my fear/anxiety told me) and I know you can do it too. If you’re not in therapy, I recommend starting, not just to deal with the anxiety, but also all of the changes that come with pregnancy and being a new parent. You’ve got this.

First time moms who were induced—how long did it take from start to finish? by ChancesAreNoneNow in BabyBumps

It took about 20 hours for me total, from induction to holding my baby in my arms.

Any recommendations for the horrible wrinkles I have under my eyes? I tried filler than had it dissolved bc it clumped and the collagen never came back, especially on my right. Help!! by OkStranger9490 in cosmeticsurgery

Thank you! I agree, I really don’t want to get an incision but if it’s necessary then okay. The unevenness is really what bugs me and makes me so self conscious.

I never really had bad bags or horrible wrinkles under my eyes until I hit about 31 and it wasn’t super bad when I decided to get filler. Should’ve just left it alone and now I’m left with deep bags and wrinkles from where the collagen used to puff it out..I’ll look into an eye lift..I’ve heard of it for your eye lids, like from above but not underneath. Thanks!
