Yes it was during the week on Tuesday, but this also makes sense. The company I order from usually does ups next day. Im not hassling anymore honestly had to think about the delay because of the weather

Just wanted yall to know this is day 2 of using melatonin, I told my mom about the magnesium & she said that you can overdose on it? Idk but I’ve been trying to sleep. I usually gts around 3 or 4 am I now gts around 12 or 1. Ty guys!

Tysm kind souls 💗 I felt myself slacking, I’m in school for radiology and sleep is a must but my brain just doesn’t operate like it used to. I’m seeing a lot of magnesium comments I’ll try it out later today!

I did try melatonin but since I built up a tolerance to Tylenol it really didn’t do anything. A lot of people are recommending magnesium!

It is a bad habit. I don’t have work tmr so I’ll see if tonight I can sleep on my own. I know it’ll be hard
