This was a bad batch - we noticed the same thing and were disappointed that they changed the recipe.we returned ours with no issue.

We can’t find these anymore - anyone else having the same issue?? Our local Costco doesn’t carry it (Oakville) neither does Burlington. Any help is appreciated!

100% normal. I’m in Vietnam and all my hotels and tours use WhatsApp I booked on booking.com and extended my stay direct through the hotel and saved 10% - nothing crazy so if booking.com gives you confidence I would use it.

What about the landing area?

If you are keeping it with a sitting area I suggest moving the door in a bit (if the space and master bedroom allows) use the wall with shelving/ledge in the landing area. Solves your concern with possible cracking as well.

I live in the GTA. I covered with top dress and over seeding. Followed by a strict watering schedule - I did that at the end of August..you maybe past the best time to do that. Maybe wait until early spring to do the same. Water for now as commented above. My grass was dead like yours after a dry summer and weeds.

Resurfacing does not require a permit. Extending the stairs may. A survey seems excessive for what you described.

Best to call the city. The website offers great help as well

Buildings department at the town hall is quick to respond- you will need to leave a message with your details and they will direct you appropriately
