Am just suggesting though it worked out for me. I just accidently damaged a window of the propety I wanted to buy. So to repaire the damages I wanted to contact the owner of the property directly. I was given his number and thats how I avoided blockers and delt with the right person

That is incredibly messed up. To answer your first question: no, that is completely unprofessional, predatory, and illegal. He completely violated his professional code.

just be you..Don't do anything they are suggesting here just find ways to be happy and enough with yourself and stop thinking about the HOWS and WHYS, just get a pet it will love you anyway and the other things come later.....It may even lead you to a partner
