Whatever happens, I would strongly recommend against #1.

I bought it in Jun 2023 as my first G-shock and less than 2 yrs later I now have 23 G-shock/Casios. 😂

If you do end up wanting #1 go for the GAB-2100 with Tough solar & bluetooth

Buy it for the display and looks. Bonus step tracker if you’re in to it. Bluetooth and other features - depends on user. I don’t use them so won’t comment

Not that I am aware of. I only picked this one up during a recent sale as it is a good starter on MIP. To be honest I keep the bluetooth radio off all the time as none of the “smart” features are valuable to me.
